MMEtime Terms and Conditions for Payments

General Payment Terms

• Payment Methods: Payments for MMEtime services can be made via credit card, debit card, PayPal, or any other payment method specified on our website.

• Currency: All prices are listed in NZD. Payments must be made in NZD.

• Payment Security: All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways to ensure your information is protected.

Subscription and Access

• 1 Month Access: $97

• Payment for the 1 Month Access must be made in full at the time of registration or $25 for four weeks

• Access is granted for 30 days from the date of payment.

• 4 Month Immersion: $1400

• Payment for the 4 Month Immersion can be made in full or in sixteen equal weekly installments of $89.

• Access is granted upon first or full payment and for 120 days from the end date of the immersion.

• VIP Immersion: $2200

• Payment for the VIP Immersion can be made in full or in sixteen equal weekly installments of $150.

• Access is granted for 120 days from the date of the initial payment.Access is granted upon first or full payment and for 120 days from the end date of the immersion.

• The Healy device and additional services will be provided after the initial payment is received.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Refund Policy:

• 1 Month Access: No refunds are provided once access has been granted.

• 4 Month Immersion: Refund requests can be made within the first 14 days of the initial payment. After 14 days, no refunds are provided.

• VIP Immersion: Refund requests can be made within the first 14 days of the initial payment, provided the Healy device has not been shipped. If the Healy device has been shipped, the cost of the device will be deducted from the refund.

• Cancellation Policy:

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. However, access to MMEtime services will continue until the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be provided for the remaining period.

Default on Payments

• Late Payments: If a payment installment is not received by the due date, access to MMEtime services may be suspended until payment is received.

• Non-Payment: If payment is not made within 30 days of the due date, the subscription will be canceled, and access to MMEtime services will be revoked. Outstanding balances may be sent to a collections agency.

Changes to Terms

• Modification of Terms: MMEtime reserves the right to modify these payment terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to current subscribers via email and will be posted on our website.

• Acceptance of Terms: By making a payment to MMEtime, you agree to these terms and conditions.
